Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy. We accept returns on all items except for items sold during "clearance sales" and vintage lamps. All vintage lamps are final sale due to the difficulty in safely packaging and shipping.
For non-vintage lamps (which include retro and modern models), you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and images of the received product. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returns that aren't due to manufacturing defects. This covers shipping and labor for processing your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You then have 15 days to return the items after receiving the return shipping label. If the shipping courier has not received your return package within 15 days, your return will no longer be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item. After 15 days they become the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Vintage lamps are final sale, non-returnable due to the difficulty in safely packaging and shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the craftsmanship of our designs. All of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Claim:
To file a claim, please contact our customer support team at support@lampsnest.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Please note: All claims are subject to review. Products deemed defective will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
