We're a small shop, not Amazon.

Processing Time:

  • If the items are in stock, all orders placed with LampsNest are processed within 48 hours. During this time, our small team carefully reviews and prepares your order to ensure its accuracy and quality.

Shipping Time:

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your designated shipping address.
  • Our standard shipping options include a delivery window of 7-18 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • Please note that these shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, bad weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order:

  • To keep you informed about the status of your order, we provide order tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your items, and your shipping destination. You can view the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process.

Order Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our estimated processing and shipping times, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your order.

Delivery Failure:

  • LampsNest is not responsible for any delivery failures due to an incorrect address input. We ship to the addresses that our customers provide, and are unable to retrieve packages that are sent to the wrong address. Customers must double check their order details, and will be responsible for any fees accrued for reshipping items.
